There are so many risks & pitfalls such as

1.) There is very high chance of loosing the data because its gone  through fax & in between it may be lost as it is very important.

 2.) Second thing is that it takes lots of time to deliver minimum 4-5 days and sometimes there was a problem getting the scanned copy to the central office at all.

3. Data collection from employee and production  manager may occur in many of situations and settings where it can be difficult to obtain complete and accurate information, and the amount of information gathered may depending on the content of the situation.

4. A thing that the data collection of certain information is not relevant to business/ company  functions can impact data quality and comparability for the challenges and work. And it will hit the time management process just because of quality and sort of data.
