Introduction : Based on proposed solutions it's a analytical researched report to determine the new and best idea for BenQ company. 

Body and Excutive summary:

Based on my analysis results I would recommend to the board of directors that we should imply Mr. Abhay's idea, because Mr. Abhay is a fan of new technology, has three powerful computers at his home, plays computer games with his grandson, and reads a lot about the latest technological achievements. Abhay goes on to propose buying and installing an innovative new web-based accounting system so that any employee could enter data about building objects in real time. He has read that a lot of building companies are installing a new accounting system with web access to the data and a flexible report-generating functionality. These companies claim to be very satisfied with the new system and the possibility to operate via the Internet, but at the same time all of them acknowledge the great investment needed for implementing the new system.

By asking ideas from employees to be creative, you're launching a powerful team in your organisation that can help your company achieve its goals easily. When they know they're expected to be innovative, employees bring to the table ideas that can save your company money or lead to new products, services and other avenues of growth.

Data collection from employee and production  manager may occur in many of situations and settings where it can be difficult to obtain complete and accurate information, and the amount of information gathered may depending on the content of the situation.

A thing that the daya collection of certain information is not relevant to business/ company  functions can impact data quality and comparability for the challenges and work. And it will hit the time management process just because of quality and sort of data.

Reasons:

 2.) Second thing is that it takes lots of time to deliver minimum 4-5 days and sometimes there was a problem getting the scanned copy to the central office at all.
